Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable)
To initiate a return, please contact us directly with your order details. We will provide instructions for returning your item.
Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalised items
Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for return within the 7 day window.
Refunds will be issued for store credit of the original listed price.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- If the product is clearly defective, we will cover the return shipping costs
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive the returned item
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Warranty (3-Month Craftsmanship Guarantee)
We offer a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery covering craftsmanship defects.
If your leather item experiences a fault due to workmanship within this period:
- Contact us with photos and order details
- You may send the item back to us at your expense
- We will repair or replace the item at our discretion
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, scuffs, or patina development
- Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, or improper care
