Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 days after payment is received.

- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

- During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time. Estimated timelines will be provided at checkout or in the product description.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is lost in transit:

- Please contact the shipping carrier directly

- You may also contact us, and we will assist where possible

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

- Contact us within 7 of delivery

- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the claim and provide a resolution

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been shipped.

Once an item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it will no longer be eligible for cancellation.
